Our affiliates earnings are uncapped.

• The programme is open to both existing customers of Blue Ape Renewables and new affiliate partners who wish to refer others.
• Participants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the UK.
• A referral is only valid if the person being referred (“the referee”) is a new customer to Blue Ape Renewables.

Referral rewards apply only when the referee purchases and completes installation of one or more of the following qualifying products from Blue Ape Renewables:

• Solar PV systems (domestic and commercial).
• Battery storage solutions, including Tesla Powerwall batteries.

For large-scale commercial projects or landlords with multiple property installations, higher referral rewards may be offered at Blue Ape’s discretion.

• Each successful referral earns the referrer £250.
• The referee (the new customer) also receives a £250 discount on their qualifying purchase.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.

• Rewards are released 14 days after the referred customer’s installation has been completed and paid in full.
• Non-customers are paid by bank transfer directly to their nominated UK account.
• Existing customers who have already paid for an installation will receive their £250 as a rebate, credited back against their original system purchase and then refunded to them by bank transfer. This is treated as a refund, not income.

• Referral rewards are only payable when the referee’s products are purchased at Blue Ape Renewables’ standard listed price.
• Referrals that involve special discounts, promotions, or price reductions outside of the official £250 referee discount may not qualify for commission.

• Referral rewards paid as cash (to non-customers) may be considered taxable income by HMRC. The referrer is responsible for declaring this income if applicable.
• Rebates given to existing customers are considered a refund of their purchase and are not taxable.

• All referrals must be made through the official Blue Ape Renewables affiliate portal, referral link, or by notifying Blue Ape directly before a quotation is issued.
• Referrals cannot be backdated once a customer is already in the sales process.
• Blue Ape Renewables reserves the right to reject any referral if the details provided are incomplete, fraudulent, or already in our system.

• Industry professionals, landlords, and business partners may qualify for enhanced referral commissions depending on the size and scale of the installation.
• These arrangements will be confirmed in writing by Blue Ape Renewables at the time of referral.

Blue Ape Renewables reserves the right to exclude individuals or organisations from the referral programme if:

• Referrals are made dishonestly, fraudulently, or in bad faith.
• There is evidence of self-referrals (attempting to refer yourself).
• The referrer or referee is in breach of Blue Ape’s general terms of business.
• The participant is a direct competitor, or has a conflict of interest with Blue Ape Renewables.
• Any activity is deemed to damage Blue Ape’s reputation or brand.

Decisions regarding exclusions are final and at Blue Ape’s sole discretion.

• Rewards are only payable for qualifying products at the company’s listed price.
• The programme may not be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.
• Blue Ape Renewables reserves the right to modify or withdraw the programme at any time, but this will not affect rewards already earned.
