If you find a genuine lower price for the same product with identical warranties and guarantees, we will match or beat the price wherever possible.

1. Eligibility Criteria

For a price match request to be considered, the following conditions must be met:

•Identical Product – The competing offer must be for the exact same product, including brand, model, and specifications.

•Same Warranty & Guarantees – The alternative price must include the same manufacturer warranty, guarantees, and aftercare support.

•UK-Based Competitor – The competing price must be from a UK-registered business, including VAT and installation costs where applicable.

•Written Proof Required – The request must be submitted in writing, with supporting evidence such as a quotation, advertisement, or website link showing the lower price.

•Price Availability – The competitor’s price must be current and available at the time of the request.

2. Price Match Exclusions

We reserve the right to decline a price match under the following circumstances:

•Prices from unauthorised resellers, auction sites (eBay, Facebook Marketplace), or private sellers.

•Promotional, clearance, limited-time flash sales, or discount codes not available to the general public.

•Bundled or bulk purchase offers that do not reflect the standalone cost of the product.

•Competitor prices based on incorrect, expired, or out-of-stock listings.

•Finance-based offers that differ from our available payment options.

•Prices from businesses that do not include VAT, installation, or post-installation support.

•Does Not Affect Your Statutory Rights – This policy is in addition to your rights under UK Consumer Protection Laws, including The Consumer Rights Act 2015.
