HONEST COMPANY. Advised battery install not beneficial to me
Fast callback & an honest, extensive investigation into my electric usage, electric bills and household determined I wouldn't benefit from the outlay of battery backup as my solar usage was well balanced during the day/night already. Unlike other quotes who appear to just want to install regardless, so thanks Dave.

Getting Started with Solar and Battery
Most domestic solar PV installations are completed in 1 day once scaffolding is in place. Larger or more complex systems can take a little longer. We confirm your timescale before work starts.
In most domestic cases, solar panels are covered by permitted development and do not need planning permission. If your property is listed or in a conservation area, extra checks may be needed. We advise before installation.
Yes. A battery can be installed on its own. It can charge overnight on a lower tariff and power your home during peak rate hours, which can help reduce electricity costs.

Repairs, Inspections and Upgrades
A Health Check is a full inspection and report on your solar system. We test electrical safety, inverter performance, panel condition and mounting integrity. You receive a written photographic report. Visit our Service Hub for more detail.
Yes. We regularly repair and service systems installed by other companies. We diagnose faults first and then provide a clear repair quote.
Electrical inspections are available, but in many cases they are carried out as part of wider solar, battery or upgrade works. We confirm scope before booking.
Yes. We can relocate inverters or batteries from loft spaces where heat, access or safety is a concern. This is assessed during a survey or inspection.
Air Source Heat Pumps
If you no longer use gas, removing the meter can remove the standing charge. Standing charges are typically around £100 to £150 per year, which can be about £1,000 to £1,500 over 10 years. We advise based on your property.
Yes. Heat pumps work well with solar and battery storage. Solar can offset daytime electricity use, and batteries can store lower-cost electricity for heating later.
